Our Business Analysis Essentials course is focused on real-life projects and scenarios in the Financial ( banking & insurance) and Retail sector. It is targeted towards getting you into the job market as quickly as possible.

You will learn the roles and functions of the Business Analyst, the Business Analysis discipline, and how to act as intermediary between the business and technical communities. You will be able to effectively analyse competing business needs and develop plans to implement the projects that support the business's objectives.

As part of this training programme, we are able to provide this work experience/Mentoring program to those that are keen to work in these fields using online agile delivery.

Your live mentoring project will commence 1 week prior to completion of training.

Project will last 4 weeks with scheduled meetings to be held in evenings approximately twice a week subject to project requirements.

Your mentor (normally tutor from the 4 days training) will be on hand throughout the project to support and guide you in putting the skills learned into a live project giving you hands on experience and your first step into your new career.

On this course you will learn practical hands on skills from BA professionals working at the cutting edge of the industry.

Hands on Experience

Our course is run in a practical fashion where various excercises, scenarios and mini projects are set for you to participate in using contemporary BA tools.

Live Mentoring Project

As part of this training programme, we are able to provide a 4 week work experience/Mentoring program to those that are keen to work in these fields using online agile delivery.

Industry Expert Tutors

All our tutors are BA professionals working at the top level of their field in various sectors bringing years of experience and knowledge into the classroom.

Post Course Support

On completion of the training our support does not stop there. Alongside the 6 months access to our online environments, our tutors are also contactable outside of the classroom with refresher training available*.

Small Class sizes

To make sure all learners
are catered for and receiving the full support required
we keep or class sizes down to classes of no more than 10 people.

Job Preparation Support

As part of the training programme tutors will also provide CV assistance, interview question and answer techniques.

The Agile Business Analyst’s approach to requirements - User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, The Agile Business Analyst’s link to quality and testing

Work with and present findings to business stakeholders to develop optimum solutions to defined requirements.

Knowledge and understanding of the Agile Business Analyst's role and responsibilities;

Become well-versed in various techniques for requirements elicitation

Additional depth, guidance and techniques for the Business Analyst role.
